When I began to seriously fight sin in my life I knew the secret was to constantly draw from the stream of living water flowing from the heart of Jesus. Along with the sacraments and spending time meditating on God's word, devotional prayers were a big source of grace in my life. I collected the prayers I turned to each day and put them in a book for personal use. In 2007, I accidentally left it in an adoration chapel and someone tracked me down to return it to me and asked if I could print them a copy. That was the first request of many. They would start to come from all over the country, and when I spent $20.00 to print and send a copy to someone in Australia, I decided to self publish it and print 100 copies. It is now in its 3rd revision and has become a popular addition to prayer times and holy hours all around the world.
